When I first started writing A Moment of Time, I included quotes of song lyrics—not yet knowing how difficult (and, sometimes, expensive) permissions can be. In the end, I cut all the lyrics (except for my own) and simply refer to the songs by title (and in a few cases, the reference is more general).
